Thanks to their design, specifically adapted for river navigation, CroisiEurope ships are able to navigate in low water conditions where other vessels may sometimes have to interrupt their itineraries. As a result, the vast majority of our cruises are operating as scheduled.

If your departure is affected by a change, you will be contacted directly by our teams or your travel agency between 72 and 24 hours before departure, as soon as we have reliable and confirmed information. You will then receive all the details regarding your itinerary, any planned adjustments, and the solutions available based on your situation.

As water levels can change from hour to hour, decisions are communicated only once conditions have been confirmed, ensuring that we provide reliable information rather than premature updates.
